Outstanding property investment performance

From inception in April 2002 up until 2009, the Fund has substantially outperformed the Investment Property Database (IPD) on a cumulative basis as shown on the adjacent graph.

The Funds net assets have increased, with performance being generated not through high risk, but investing in properties with strong tenant’s covenants.

Having taken significant investment gains in a seller’s market during 2006 - 2007, the Fund has substantial cash reserves with a view to strongly investing in the current buyer’s market.
