Outstanding property investment performance

From inception in April 2002 up until 2007, the Fund has substantially outperformed the Investment Property Database (IPD).

For the year ending March 2006, we reported results of 42% against IPD All Property Total Annual Return of 20.90%.

The funds net assets have increased 100%, with performance being generated not through high risk, but investing in properties with strong tenant’s covenants, almost exclusively FTSE 250 companies.

Having taken significant investment gains in a seller’s market, the Trust have retained substantial cash reserves with a view to strongly investing in the current emerging buyer’s market.
