Chairman
James Hambro

James HambroJames Hambro, previously an executive director of Hambros Bank, is Chairman of JO Hambro Capital Management Limited, a fund management company. He was Chairman of Ashtenne Holdings Plc, an industrial property company, and director of Primary Health Properties Plc, which owns doctors’ surgeries. He is a director of Singer & Friedlander AIM VCTIII and Chairman of Hansteen Holdings Plc. He is also a Trustee of The Henry Smith Charity.

Non-Executive Director
John Bodie OBE

John Bodie O.B.E.John Bodie spent his entire professional career with DE & J Levy, one of the leading West End Chartered Surveyors. He was senior partner for 26 years. John is now a consultant to the firm. He was a non-executive director of Berkeley Hambro from 1983 to 1998, and was a non-executive director of Ashtenne Holdings Plc. During his career, he has been a director of and adviser to many other well-known property companies and family trusts and is presently Vice Chairman of the Development Trust of National Museums Liverpool.

Edward Olins, BSc (Hons) MRICS

Edward Olins’ property experience commenced in 1995 when he joined DE & J Levy as a graduate and became a Partner within the Investment Department in 2000. He left the partnership in 2003 to join London & County Estates as Investment Director. In 2006, he joined Circle to take control of new business acquisitions and assist John Arnold in the running of the company.

John Arnold, FRICS

John Arnold’s commercial property experience commenced in 1979. He joined Hambros Plc in January 1986, becoming a Director of Berkeley Hambro, its property company subsidiary in 1987, where he remained until Investec’s acquisition of Hambros Bank in 1998, when he was appointed Managing Director of Berkeley Hambro. John took the decision at the end of 1999 to set up his own business in the City and in April 2002, founded Circle Property Management Limited.

The Duke of Roxburghe

The Duke of Roxburghe, previously non-executive director of Townhouse Investments Limited, Kelso Races Limited, Majestic Wine Limited and The Sport Entertainment & Media Group Plc is involved in the day to day running of the Roxburghe Estates including the opening of Floors Castle to the public in 1977; opening Sunlaws House Hotel in 1982 (re-named The Roxburghe Hotel in 1999); opening The Roxburghe Golf course in 1997 (Host Course for the Scottish Seniors Open 2001 - 2005).
