Our Investors - All our investors are individuals, land owners or trusts, who have invested substantial funds in Circle Property Unit Trust. For most, this is their first serious investment in commercial property.

Our Results – From our inception, we have constantly outperformed the Investment Property Database (IPD). See here for more details.

Our Motivation – Performance fees are paid only in the event that we exceed the (IPD) ‘All Property Annual Return’. Unlike many funds, average performance is not rewarded.

Our Liquidity – It is proposed that Circle Property Unit Trust will seek an AIM Listing, subject to prevailing market conditions.
